Man Facing Shooting Charges Sticks with ‘Joe Biden Defense’
A Vancouver, WA man facing charges for firing his shotgun into the air to scare off would-be intruders says he simply acted on Vice President Joe Biden’s advice.
According to the AP, Jeffrey C. Barton says “he will not admit any wrongdoing for the [July] incident…because he was protecting his family, within his Second Amendment right, and following the advice of the vice president.”
