This Server Threatens To Slap Customer After She Asks For A Refund!
Walk into nearly any restaurant or café in America, order some type of dish or drink, and if it’s not made the way you like it, you can get it remade. All you need to do is respectfully let the waiter or manager know that something seems a little off with the taste and chances are they will happily get you a new one.
Isn’t that what good customer relations is all about? The customer is always right! Apparently, the woman working at Burger King in this video didn’t get that memo because as bad as her day seemed to be going, it sure will get worse when upper management sees how she treated a young woman who requested a refund after her milk shake to did make muster.
In a video posted by the young woman who goes by Sarah Self, she politely asks for refund and then asks to speak to the manager. That is when the Burger King employee goes off on the woman, going so far asking Sarah if she wants to be slapped for filming her.
Are you serious?” Self asks.
“You can’t treat people like this,” she continued. “This is your job.”
After Sarah tells the server this, the server tells Sarah, “I don’t give a f**k.”
Sarah goes on to explain to the server she is recording the situation because she fears for her own safety. That is when the server threatens to slap her.
It’s safe to say that the server will soon be fired for her disgusting display of customer service. In a time when jobs are hard to come by, keeping one is important. Someone should tell this Burger King employee that.
