Judges Give Child Molester Lighter Sentence Because They Think 6-Year-Old Victim Might be Gay
I’m convinced more and more with each passing day that we’re living in a world gone completely and utterly mad.
The morals — or lack thereof — of modern society around the world seems to be upside down, with bad being good and good being bad.
Take the case of a child molester in Argentina who recently had his sentence reduced because the sick and depraved judges presiding over this fiasco thought the 6-year-old victim might be gay.
I wish I were making this up, but I’m not.
Prepare to be disgusted.

Two Argentine judges are under fire for reducing the sentence of a convicted child abuser on the grounds that his 6-year-old victim had suffered earlier abuse and therefore had already been traumatized.
In the newly publicized 2014 ruling, the judges cut the sentence of Mario Tolosa, a sports club vice president, from six years to 38 months. They ruled that his acts should not be considered “gravely outrageous” in legal terms because the boy already “was making a precocious choice” of his sexuality, apparently a reference to homosexuality.
One of the judges went on to say that the boy displayed “transvestite conduct” and had been initiated into homosexuality by his father.

Prior to Tolosa’s actions, the victim had undergone “the initiation by his father into the worst of worlds, leading him to depravation,” according to the judge. In defending his decision to reduce the sentence, Judge Horacio Piombo claimed that the boy had displayed “signs of a transvestite conduct, of conduct we had to take into account,” as a result of the father’s actions.
The boy’s family said they will take the case to the Supreme Court.
Am I the only one who thinks these judges need to have their heads forcibly removed from their anal cavities for being immoral and stupid?
First off, how can one determine if a child this young is gay or not? Is there some magical written requirements a kid has to meet in order to be considered homosexual? I mean, just the suggestion of such a thing from these judges is loony.
Secondly, regardless of sexual preference, rape is rape, and it’s always wrong. The individual’s sexuality should play no role in upholding the law and punishing criminals who commit atrocious acts.
The man who hurt this child needs to be thrown in prison forever or worse. It’s really quite simple. The sicko violated the law, therefore, he should be punished. This isn’t rocket science.
Let’s hope the family is able to get this junk reversed and get justice for their son who was violated by this monster, and the punishment doled out truly fits the crime.
