Despite Corrupt Courts And Paul Ryan’s Do-Nothing Congress, Trump’s Border Plan Is Working

We all know why illegal immigration is tolerated and even encouraged in America. Democrats and the national media love it because study after study prove that high numbers of illegals vote illegally. Illegals also have children here in America who are automatic American citizens, and in 18 years that person will be yet another vote for Democrats.

Establishment Republicans embrace illegal immigration because they love the campaign contributions that come from the Chamber of Commerce and corporations that exploit illegal immigration. An illegal laborer is cheaper than an American worker, doesn’t unionize, and doesn’t ask for pesky things like benefits or raises. Also, the more you flood America with cheap labor, the cheaper overall labor is — even American labor.

So when some lying politician tells you about “jobs Americans won’t do,” what they really mean is “Jobs Americans won’t do for $2 an hour.” There is no job an American won’t do for a fair-market wage. I’ve toiled away under a hot sun in farm fields and cleaned sewers. Don’t tell me about jobs Americans won’t do. But when the market is unfairly flooded with cheap, illegal labor, the wage becomes so ridiculously low — and when it is off-the-books it becomes illegally low, so of course an American won’t do it.

And so the rich businessman gets richer, the GOP gets more contributions, the Democrats get more votes, and the only person screwed is the working class — a group that the snobbish establishment despises more than any other, and despises even more now that they have made Donald J. Trump president.

On top of trade, a big reason Trump burst through Hillary’s mighty blue wall of Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and Michigan, was his promise to clamp down on this intolerable and growing flood of illegal labor. The working class is being killed by illegal immigration. On top of depressed wages, you have too many good starter jobs (construction sites for example) that might get an inner-city youth off the streets and on a career path, going to illegals. This is insane.

Unless you are among the establishment elite, nothing good comes from illegal immigration. It only hurts Americans and legal immigrants who follow the rules. Add to the labor issues, vote fraud, an increase in violent crime, and over-crowded classrooms.

Any decent person wants this to stop, but the establishment elite are not decent, and they still hold the levers of power. Therefore, in order to protect this graft, those who oppose illegal immigration are branded as racists by our media and every attempt Trump has made to enforce immigration law has been met with relentless obstruction.

Because we cannot properly vet them, Trump wants a pause in refugees from troubled parts of the world until a proper vetting system is put into place. The corrupt courts said no.

Because sanctuary cities are nothing more than the Democrat Party’s latest Confederacy, a place where federal law is violated for the same reasons as the old Confederacy (to exploit non-white labor and keep Democrats in power), Trump wants to block federal funding to these illegal cities. The corrupt court said no.

Because literal walls work (ask Israel), Trump wants to build a big, beautiful one along our southern border. But even though congressional Republicans can pretty much pass whatever budget they want, our useless, feckless, cowardly GOP will not fund the border wall.

They will, however, fund Planned Parenthood, National Public Radio and sanctuary cities.

Nevertheless, Trump has been so effective within the areas he can control — the bully pulpit and running ICE — that even the left-wing Washington Post has been forced to grudgingly admit the president has been dramatically successful in both keeping illegals out of America and getting them out:

The most vivid evidence that Trump’s tactics have had an effect has come at the southern border with Mexico, where the number of apprehensions made by Customs and Border Patrol agents plummeted from more than 40,000 per month at the end of 2016 to just 12,193 in March, according to federal data. …

Deportations had fallen sharply in the final years of the Obama administration as the former president tightened enforcement guidelines to focus on hardened criminals. But under Trump, Immigration and Customs Enforcement has begun to ramp up the number of immigrants who are being placed in removal proceedings.

Federal agents arrested 21,362 immigrants, mostly convicted criminals, from January through mid-March, compared with 16,104 during the same period last year, according to federal data. Arrests of immigrants with no criminal records more than doubled, to 5,441 in that period.

Can someone please tell me how this is not in every conceivable way a good thing?

Now imagine how much better things would be for America’s working class, the students in the these over-crowded classrooms, and the victims of crimes committed by illegal immigrants, if the courts and Ryan’s do-nothing Congress decided to put We The People above the mercenary feathering of their own nests.
