Fake News – Liberals Want Illegals to Vote

The Age-Old Problem of “Fake News”

It’s been part of the conversation as far back as the birth of the free press

n the margins of his copy of Condorcet’s treatise Outlines of an Historical View of the Progress of the Human Mind, President John Adams scribbled a cutting note.

Writing in the section where the French philosopher predicted that a free press would advance knowledge and create a more informed public, Adams scoffed. “There has been more new error propagated by the press in the last ten years than in an hundred years before 1798,” he wrote at the time.

The charge feels shockingly modern. Were he to have written the sentiment in 2018, and not at the turn of the 19th century, it’s easy to imagine that at just 112 characters, he might have tweeted it, instead.

Trump Is Right — Millions Of Illegals Probably Did Vote In 2016

Media Bias: Not surprisingly, the media take seriously and support Jill Stein’s and Hillary Clinton’s excellent vote-recount adventure, despite there being no indication a recount is needed. Heck, even President Obama agrees — Donald Trump won, period. But when Trump dares to suggest in a Sunday tweet that illegal aliens voted in the election, the media respond with massive denial.

“In addition to winning the Electoral College in a landslide, I won the popular vote if you deduct the millions of people who voted illegally,” Trump tweeted to the barely concealed contempt of many in the media.

Migrants in US illegally should not be allowed to vote

By Colleen Britton

Discussion about the notion of voting by migrants who are in the country illegally has been rampant, and nowhere has it been so “in your face” than here in California.

We know the law prohibits their voting in federal elections until they are formally citizens, but California agencies and politicians seem to think they are above the law. Other than the laws against allowing people who are here illegally to vote, there is a logical reason they should not do so.

Trudeau asks transport minister to tackle Greyhound’s western pullout

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he has asked Transport Minister Marc Garneau to find solutions following Greyhound’s withdrawal of bus service from western Canada.

Trudeau says Greyhound’s move is “difficult” for people who live in the Prairies and for those who are struggling economically.

“I have asked our minister of transport to work with the provinces, to work with communities, to work with the company to try and see what paths forward there are,” said Trudeau.

Trudeau was responding to questions from reporters on a highway in Sutherlands River, N.S., about whether Ottawa is prepared to offer subsidies to keep the service running or offer an alternative.

Universal Basic Income

Universal Basic Income is communist-marxist demagoguery. There is no way in hell anyone who wants a shred of dignity would go for this. Let alone the overwhelming number of self-sustaining people who will not fund this via State coercion. It will not happen. You’re essentially positing that self-sustaining people should hand over their hard work to others who may not have exerted any effort in life at all.

When someone falls into poverty not of their own doing- we have a safety net for them which helps them get back on their feet. But UBI crushes the incentive to be more than simply idle with your life.
