Former CIA Whistleblower Kevin Shipp joined Laura Ingraham on Monday on The Ingraham Angle.
Shipp told Laura that he wrote several reports for the CIA and was a classifying authority.
Kevin said with certainty that this person is not a whistleblower, but is a “leaker.”
