A man was going to Toronto from Kelowna for the Sportmans Show. It was cancelled because of the Coronavirus. He cancelled his one way, not a special fare, no restriction, ticket with Air Canada.
His comment is that Air Canada’s motto remains “we are happy when you are not” and that “they always put the credit in a credit file before and charge a change fee. Now this. Good grief. Pirate-erring.”
