#BlackfaceHitler Trends As Justin Trudeau’s Government Cracks Down On Truckers

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau became the subject of an unflattering Twitter trend amid his continued crackdown on trucker protests.

As Trudeau invoked emergency powers, arrested protesters, froze financial accounts, and even threatened to have government officials confiscate pets from detained protesters, the hashtag #BlackfaceHitler began making the rounds.

“I don’t want to hear ONE MORE WORD from these ‘end of democracy’ Democrats until the White House denounces Trudeau and how he’s treating his peaceful protesters,” Florida congressional candidate Lavern Spicer tweeted.

Laurence Fox shared a quote from author George Orwell — “All tyrannies rule through fraud and force, but once the fraud is exposed they must rely exclusively on force” — and added, “I see that #BlackfaceHitler is trending. Good.”
