A 22-year-old pregnant white woman was decapitated last week in Illinois by an assailant believed to be her 22-year-old black ex-boyfriend, as America’s multicultural landscape continues to enrich the public.
Deundrea Holloway has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder as well as two counts of knowing homicide of an unborn child, homicide concealment, dismembering a human body and stolen vehicle possession. The victim was Liese Dodd.
“What was observed, what was learned, what was found, is absolutely terrible,” Alton Police Chief Marcos Pulido said, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. “She was decapitated by a freaking savage monster.”
“Her mother went through something that nobody should ever have to go though,” Pulido added, noting that she found her daughter’s mutilated remains. “Her mother had not heard from her in a little bit and wanted to go check on her to see if she was okay, and found her in a way that you can’t imagine.”
