The FBI, under Kash Patel, is making activist judges regret subverting the law regarding illegal aliens.
As The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel previously reported, Milwaukee Circuit Court Judge Hannah C. Dugan was under federal investigation for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid arrest by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers at the courthouse.
Chief Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Carl Ashley had sent email to fellow judges that agents with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrived at the Milwaukee County Courthouse on April 18 with an arrest warrant for Dugan.
Now, Patel has announced that the judge has been arrested and is in major legal trouble.
“Just NOW, the FBI arrested Judge Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction — after evidence of Judge Dugan obstructing an immigration arrest operation last week,” Patel wrote.
“We believe Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse, Eduardo Flores Ruiz, allowing the subject — an illegal alien — to evade arrest,” he added.
“Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on foot, and he’s been in custody since, but the Judge’s obstruction created increased danger to the public.”
