Canadistan is free to play with China.
After days of back-and-forth statements between US President Donald J. Trump and Liberal Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, the relationship seems to have frayed completely.
Trump said yesterday (22) that Canada ‘is no longer invited’ to join the Board of Peace.
CBS News reported:
“The president announced the move in a message to Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Truth Social, saying the Board of Peace ‘is withdrawing its invitation to you regarding Canada’s joining, what will be, the most prestigious Board of Leaders ever assembled, at any time’.”
Carney had agreed ‘in principle’ to join the Board of Peace, but said that ‘unimpeded aid flows’ to Gaza a ‘precondition for moving forward’, and also ruled out paying the $1 Billion to get a seat on the board.
But the real reason for rescinding Canada’s invitation is most probably the harsh words exchanged during the Davos conference.
The "old order is not coming back," Carney says, adding "we shouldn't mourn it" and that "nostalgia is not a strategy."
"Middle powers" have "the most to lose" and "the most to gain," he says, calling on other nations to accept this new reality. pic.twitter.com/yTdnWxuF2o

.@POTUS: "Canada gets a lot of freebies from us, by the way… I watched their prime minister yesterday he wasn't so grateful… Canada lives because of the United States. Remember that, @MarkJCarney, the next time you make your statements." 🔥🔥🔥 pic.twitter.com/ZFrcUN3ruj
