In yet another incident of transgender violence, 26-year-old “Blu Zeke Daly,” born Cullan Zeke Daly, who identifies as “transgender” or “nonbinary,” was arrested in New Hampshire after allegedly opening fire on U.S. Border Patrol agents during a routine stop near the Canadian border on Sunday.
The Manchester, NH, resident has been charged with attempted murder of a federal officer and assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon, according to the U.S. Department of Justice.
The incident began late Saturday night in Stewartstown, NH, when a Border Patrol agent encountered Daly driving alone near the border.
The agent asked if Daly used any other names, prompting him to flee the scene.
The agent followed at a distance for nearly 30 minutes until Daly reached the closed Pittsburg Port of Entry.
There, Daly attempted to turn around, pointed a handgun at the agent, and fired a shot.
The agent returned fire, striking Daly, who then crashed into a snowbank and was taken into custody.
Miraculously, the Border Patrol agent was unharmed, which U.S. Attorney Erin Creegan has called “a miracle.”
