Iran’s isolated troops are choosing targets unsanctioned by leadership.
Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi has, in the last few days, become the face of the regime, appearing on TV shows in the West to defend his country to the best of his ability.
But following the massive decapitation strikes by the US-Israeli forces, Araghchi made a stunning admission: the Civilian Government of Iran is no longer in control of its own military.
CNBC TV18 reported:
“Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has said that recent incidents in Oman were not deliberate, stressing that Tehran did not intend to widen the conflict across the Gulf.”
