President Donald Trump sent liberals into a meltdown again on Monday as he talked about his future in office during a White House small business summit, casually joking that he won’t be leaving anytime soon.
While discussing the Republican-backed “One Big Beautiful Bill” and its expanded small business deduction, which allows businesses to write off 100% of new facilities, equipment, and capital investments in the first year, Trump told the audience he had pushed for even stronger pro-business measures.
“And this way, when I get out of office in that let’s say eight or nine years from now, I’ll be able to use it myself,” Trump said with a grin.
The crowd immediately broke into laughter and loud applause.
