Last week, we learned Environment Canada bureaucrats wanted to spend up to $60,000 to study the use of lead bullets and their impact on the environment.
What an absurd waste of taxpayer money.
There is no doubt that the Liberals and NDP would love to use this as an excuse to bring back the wasteful and ineffective long-gun registry.
Fortunately, we have a Conservative government and a Conservative Prime Minister.
As soon as we heard about this proposal, we acted – and the project was immediately scrapped.
Hunting, angling, trapping, and sports-shooting are an important part of life for many Canadians. Conservatives recognize that – and we’ll continue to stand up for them in Ottawa.

Global warming fraud

The myth of Anthropogenic Global Warming has been utterly shattered by a hacker who broke into the computers at the University of East Anglia’s Climate Research Unit (aka CRU) and released 61 megabytes of confidential files onto the internet.

The files, which include more than 1000 emails and 72 documents, prove once and for all that there has been a widespread conspiracy designed to exaggerate temperature data and promote the theory of global warming. The emails were exchanged between some of the world’s most prominent scientists and give us a glimpse into the organized attempt to manipulate data and prevent facts from becoming public.

Australian newspaper columnist Andrew Bolt says this scandal could well be “the greatest in modern science”.
