Lorraine Rafferty – Religious Freedom Act

It has become apparent to many, that America is in the process of being taken over by a Tyrannical-Marxist Communist Regime. We hear on the news about Chinese companies setting up in America. I want to make you aware of the position Governor Candidate Mr. Dennis Richardson has taken in the matter of encouraging Chinese business into Oregon. Please refer to a letter written by Representative Dennis Richardson. Mr. Richardson is under the mistaken belief that it would be beneficial to have Chinese business set up in Oregon.

The taxpayers are the ones who foot the bill for the public school system. I hear that there is a trend of promoting globalism over American patriotism in the schools. Globalism is the one world order. The one world order is about the rich and very powerful wielding its way upon the masses. This is not what our founding fathers fought and died for. Our schools must promote American patriotism and the value of freedom.

Our schools have become agents of immorality. They talk about homosexuality as though it is simply a natural trait, when it is a sin just like theft and murderer are sins. I am in favor of schools using the bible in reading and literature classes.

Religious Freedom Act

Governor Phil Bryant on Thursday signed Senate Bill 2681, the Mississippi Religious Freedom Restoration Act. This law mirrors the federal Religious Freedom Restoration Act that passed Congress almost unanimously and was signed into law by President Bill Clinton in 1993.

“I am proud to sign the Mississippi Religious Freedom Restoration Act today, which will protect the individual religious freedom of Mississippians of all faiths from government interference,” said Gov. Bryant. “Mississippi has now joined 18 other states to defend religious freedoms on a state level.”

“This is a victory for the First Amendment and the right to live and work according to one’s conscience,” said Tony Perkins, the president of the conservative Family Research Council and an attendant at the signing ceremony, in a public statement. “This commonsense measure was a no-brainer for freedom, and like the federal [Religious Freedom Restoration Act], it simply bars government discrimination against religious exercise. The legislature gave strong approval to a bill that declares that individuals do not have to trade their religious freedom for entrance into public commerce.”

Abortion Is Murder

Former Abortion Doc: Abortion is “Murder, Society Can’t Go On This Way”
recently stumbled across the testimony of Dr. Grant Clark. Dr. Clark performed abortions many years ago in California. In an interview with Oregon Right to Life, he described the two cases that convinced him to stop doing abortions.

One was a case where a woman remained pregnant after he had aborted her child and, several months later, gave birth to a healthy baby. (The woman had a rare condition in which she actually had two uteruses). She adopted the child out and sued the doctor for emotional distress and child-rearing costs (even though she didn’t keep the baby). Her greed and selfishness made him rethink his commitment to performing abortions.
