Teen rescues young niece from kidnapper

Teen rescues young niece from kidnapper with punch he never saw coming!

The attempted kidnapping happened in Kearns, Utah neighborhood in broad daylight, when the much taller man tried to take the 12-year-old niece, her 18-year-old aunt went into action to protect her. The teen rescued the niece from the kidnapper with a punch he never saw coming, according to the Blaze.

Before the attempt the two girls were walking and talking casually on the way back from a nearby park when they noticed that the Latino man was acting strangely, according to Ally on the video interview. Then suddenly the man grabbed her niece from behind and tried to drag her young niece into his vehicle.

The petite-sized five-foot tall aunt commented that she lost her voice but she did not lose her nerve and lunged at the much taller attacker and began hitting him. What the potential kidnapper was not ready for was a swift punch to the back of the head that he received from Ally, reported the Blaze.

The aunt made the quick decision to punch him in the head since he was not facing her. Once he was hit he immediately dropped the younger 12-year-old girl and ran toward his vehicle. Ally said “I picked her up and started running. Me and my niece ran!” she told KTSU, according to the Blaze.

The potential abductor is still on the run, but the area police are asking people to be on the lookout for a Hispanic male with a mustache and short, black hair, and stands close to 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighs about 235 pounds. He was reportedly driving a black Chevy Tahoe.
