Trump & Concealed Carry – Canada’s Socialist Government

Howard Stern Backs Trump’s Plan for National Right-to-Carry Law

Radio talk show host and entertainment icon Howard Stern used the considerable reach of his SiriusXM platform on Tuesday to voice his support for a national interstate concealed carry reciprocity law.

This law has been NRA’s number one legislative agenda item for several years. And with the election of Donald Trump as president, as well as pro-gun majorities in both houses of the U.S. Congress, the prospects for such a law have never looked better.

Trump has formally endorsed the concept of interstate reciprocity in a position paper published on his campaign website and in a number of other public statements. According to his position paper:

Corporate Canada needs a plan for gender diversity in the boardroom

Are tall men better business leaders? A recent study in the United States found that 60 per cent of CEOs were over six feet tall, yet less than 15 per cent of men in the United States reach the six-foot mark. And 36 per cent of CEOs are over 6 feet 2 inches, relative to less than 4 per cent of American men.

The correlation between height and leadership talent would certainly seem to imply that on average, tall men are more likely to be talented business leaders. So should we start adding height to the criteria for leadership roles in corporate world?

Creating a safe environment

Bell said recruitment started slowly, mostly word of mouth and a few Facebook posts, but the team had 15 players on the roster the first year of the Calgary Pioneers.

“We are more about the community with the team than we are about winning games. I feel like we are there to create a safe environment, safe community. And we really want to get the word out there, that if you are a gay player or a gay athlete, that it is OK and there are other people like you. If you can play the sport you should be able to play without having to worry about any of the locker room scenarios,” Bell said.

Shane Meahan, a league coordinator with WinSport, said there have been some incidents on ice that needed to be addressed.
