Governor Scott said he contacted President-elect Donald Trump and VP-elect Mike Pence.
He skipped his call to lame duck Obama.
Shooter Esteban Santiago was born in 1990.
He is 26 years old and is from Alaska.

Governor Rick Scott said he contacted PEOTUS Trump and Pence.
Governor Scott: I have reached out to President-elect Trump. I have spoken to him and Vice President-elect Pence multiple times to keep them informed. And they told me any resources they need from the federal government they would do everything in their power to make that happen.
He bypassed Obama.
