Jungle Photo Containing 12 Camouflaged, Elite British Soldiers Goes Viral
Can you spot the 12 soldiers hiding in the forest?
An image of British commandos making its way around the internet illustrated the camouflage skills of one of Britain’s most elite armed forces units. The photo appears to be a shot of the Brunei jungle, but what isn’t immediately apparent is that a dozen members of the Household Cavalry are hidden in the forest.
The photo was taken as part of Close Target Reconnaissance training, the U.K. Metro reported.
The British Army posted the image to Facebook, stating that “this is what the Household Cavalry Regiment does best.”
ake a look at the photo below to see how well you fared in finding the camouflaged soldiers.

That’s pretty impressive because even with the men pointed out, it’s still difficult to see some of them.
The unit was taking part in a month-long exercise improving their skills in one of the world’s harshest environments.
The British Army in Brunei is composed of an Infantry Battalion of Gurkhas and an Army Air Corps Flight of Bell 212’s, according to its website. The climate and terrain of the jungle enables soldiers to become well-trained in Jungle Warfare Division courses.
The U.K. Sun reported that the Household Cavalry Regiment is the oldest regiment in the British Army.
The regiment dates back to 1660 and includes The Life Guards and The Blues and Royals. Prince William and Prince Harry have served as members of the unit.
