Flying is miserable nowadays. The near-cavity searches before you board and the unsmiling airline workers and the excessive baggage fees and the cramped seating and the occasional beating when thugs knock you unconscious to drag you off an oversold flight.
But one little Guy changed all that on a recent flight. That’s Guy Jakubowicz, 2, whose mother posted a video of him fist-bumping passengers as he walked down the aisle on a Southwest flight from Kansas City to Chicago.
Jakubowicz wrote that her son was “on the campaign trail, attempting to win the hearts of airline passengers in the hopes of becoming the next Southwest ambassador,” NBC Chicago wrote.
“He is making flying the friendly skies even friendlier with one fist bump at a time,” she wrote in a Facebook post.
In all, Guy, wearing a flannel shirt and baseball cap and dragging a blanket, picked up 12 fist bumps in the video. And watch — each fist-bumper suddenly has a smile on his or her face.
