Robert Davi Blisters Wolf Blitzer for ‘Deceiving American People’

“DAYUM,” says Twitchy.

We weren’t the only ones repulsed by Wolf Blitzer’s comments on CNN this week when he suggested the Islamic terror attack in Barcelona was inspired by the violence in Charlottesville. Conservative actor Robert Davi was so disgusted, he filmed a little message for the host and chastised him for deceiving the American people.

During CNN’s broadcast of the vehicle jihad in Spain, Blitzer said, “There will be questions, if not what happened in Barcelona, was at all, at all, a copycat version of what happened in Charlottesville, Virginia. Even though they may be different characters and different political ambitions, they use the same killing device. A vehicle going at high speed into a group, a large group, of pedestrians.”

Davi was pissed and expressed himself in kind on Twitter:

Davi was especially upset that Blitzer failed to point out the many other examples in Europe of Muslims using vehicles for terror, thereby making it impossible to be mistaken as a copycat of Charlottesville.

“Something was said on CNN by Wolf Blitzer and one of his guests that is the most disgusting display of the media industrial complex you’ll ever see,” Davi said.

“Do you realize that thousands of people watch those shows everyday and get misled,” he continued, raising his voice. “How dare you, how dare you deceive the American people!”

Twitchy boiled all of our thoughts on Davi’s video down to a single word: “Dayum!

We found an alternate take that also includes Blitzer’s reaction:
