You know your reporting sucks when you’re getting scooped by Russian bots!
In early November 2016 the Gateway Pundit posted an article alleging voter fraud in Broward County Florida.

The GOP even released a statement on the alleged voter fraud.
These attempts by Florida Democrats to alter the election did not sway the election and Donald Trump won in an electoral landslide.
Then in February of 2018 — in the midst of the Russia-Collusion hysteria — the media accused The Gateway Pundit of falling for the fake news of a Russian troll internet bots.
The Washington Times even attacked The Gateway Pundit:
The article cited a tweet published earlier in the day by @Ten_GOP, a Twitter account purportedly managed by members of the Tennessee Republican Party but actually operated by the Internet Research Agency, a Russian “troll farm” at the center of a sprawling indictment unsealed Friday as part of Mr. Mueller’s investigation into the 2016 race.
“BREAKING,” the bogus GOP account tweeted. “#VoterFraud by counting tens of thousands of ineligible mail in Hillary votes being reported in Broward County, Florida.”
That precise tweet was among a handful attributed to Internet Research Agency accounts and included in Friday’s indictment charging 13 Russian nationals and three companies, including the aforementioned troll farm and its employees, for allegedly defrauding the United States and interfering in the 2016 race using “information warfare.”

Earlier today a Florida judge ruled that Broward County Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes violated state and federal laws by destroying ballots from a 2016 congressional race while they were the subject of a lawsuit against her office.
It looks like the Russian bots were right.
So was The Gateway Pundit.
Broward County Democrats were destroying ballots.
