Kanye West and other musicians headed to the White House Thursday for the signing of the Music Modernization Act.
The Music Modernization Act ensures “artists who released records prior to 1972 are paid royalties from digital services, and streamlining the process for those services to obtain music-licensing rights,” the White House said.
Kanye West used some colorful language in the Oval Office according to the press pool..
