Tom Fitton reassured Americans on Tuesday that Judicial Watch will be investigating the Jussie Smollett scandal after crooked Chicago prosecutors dropped all 16 charges against the hate crime hoaxer in a stunning display of lawlessness.

Chicago police are furious over Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx’s decision to drop all charges against Jussie Smollett.
There are plenty of documents that Judicial Watch can obtain through FOIA lawsuits.
Smollett reached a deferred prosecution deal and the judge sealed his case.
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie T. Johnson said in a presser on Tuesday that prosecutors brokered a deal in secret to circumvent the judicial system.
