Constitutional Carry State-by State

After Donald Trump took the oath of office, there was a lot of positive talk about the future of gun rights in this country. There continues to be a lot of talk about a planned National Concealed Carry Reciprocity Bill and while this bill has not been at the forefront of Trump’s plan, many states are taking the initiative of a pro-gun presidency to attempt to push through state expansions of not only concealed carry bills but full-on Constitutional Carry texts.

If you follow Concealed Carry Inc. you will have likely seen many stories about these bills going through statehouses in recent months and that’s because there is usually a new bill going through a vote every single week somewhere in the U.S. It’s because of that, we decided to funnel all of the information coming out about these new laws into one place for you to be able to see just where your state and every other state is currently at on the path of Constitutional Carry

Soldiers were required to have two front teeth in American civil war

In the American Civil War, soldiers were required to have at least two opposing front teeth so they could open a gunpowder pouch. Some draftees had their front teeth removed to avoid service.

Many civilians as well as military personnel are familiar with the term 4-F (also called 4F). 4-F is a classification given to a new U.S. military registrant indicating that he or she is “not acceptable for service in the Armed Forces” due to medical, dental, or other reasons.

Most people do not know that the term 4-F (or 4F) originated in the Civil War and was used to disqualify army recruits who did not have four front teeth with which to tear open gunpowder packages.

Illinois Democrat Pushes Ban on ‘2nd Amendment Sanctuary’ Declarations

Illinois State Rep. Terra Costa Howard (D) is pushing legislation to make it illegal for counties to declare “Second Amendment Sanctuary” status.

Her bill comes as counties in Colorado, Illinois, and New Mexico reject state-level Democrats’ push to place more and more gun control on the back of law-abiding citizens. On March 10 Breitbart News reported that 25 of New Mexico’s 33 counties have declared “Second Amendment Sanctuary” status to show they will not enforce their Democrat Governor’s latest gun control law.

In Illinois, Rep. Howard wants to create law prohibiting such anti-gun control declarations.

Her bill is HB 3553, the synopsis of which says:
