Dominic Pezzola, a Marine Corp. veteran and defendant in the Proud Boys Seditious Conspiracy Trial, has not had access to or seen an iota of his own defense discovery AND IT IS DAY THREE OF HIS FEDERAL TRIAL. Pezzola has been locked up in unconstitutional pre-trial detention since January 15th, 2021.
He is literally watching the video for the first time in the court room with the jury!
