National Park Police Increase Patrols in NYC Area amid Spike in Dead Animal Reports
by
New York City has been hit with a spike in reports of dead animals being found after suspected ritual sacrifices.
President Donald Trump brought national attention to the issue when he warned during his debate with Democrat presidential nominee Kamala Harris that Haitian migrants are eating pet dogs, cats, and other wildlife.
The comment sparked outrage from Trump’s critics and a flood of viral memes and jokes, all of which highlighted the issue.
Since Trump made the warning on national television, reports have continued to emerge about pets being killed and eaten.
According to the New York Post, city and federal authorities in Jamaica Bay in Queens are reportedly “beefing up resources” as dead animals continue to be discovered.
It came after an earlier report exposed a disgusting truth regarding animal sacrifices being made in the area.
A local councilwoman revealed new initiatives, such as installing new lights in certain areas to discourage the killing of animals for sacrificial reasons.
Councilwoman Joann Ariola (R-Queens) announced that the National Parks Service will install new mobile lights at “the Addabbo Bridge in the federally-managed Spring Creek Park” to deter the slaughtering of animals under the cover of darkness.
