Less than a year after announcing he left New York, Sean Hannity is a Florida man with a Florida mansion.
The Fox News star, 62, shelled out $23.5 million for a waterfront property in Manalapan, an affluent town in Palm Beach County.
The Wall Street Journal first reported news of the deal, adding that Hannity’s new perch stands on a barrier island with Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway frontage.
The residence last traded hands for $18 million in 2021 — the following years saw renovations with new bathrooms, new flooring and impact sliding windows.
Set on nearly 2 acres, the nearly 12,000-square-foot residence, which was built in 1990, has eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms. This being Florida, there’s a pool, a dock with a new seawall and a balcony. There’s also a roof-level observation terrace.
Inside, perks include a fireplace, a bar, a wine room and an elevator.
The Journal notes the dwelling initially listed in February for $29 million. It relisted in October for $25.95 million.
