Rep. Andrew Clyde Drafts “ARTICLE OF IMPEACHMENT” Against RACIST Judge U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr.
Rep. Andrew Clyde (R-GA) announced Wednesday that he is drafting articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr., an Obama-appointed activist masquerading as a judge undermining President Trump’s agenda.
“I’m drafting articles of impeachment for U.S. District Judge John McConnell Jr.,” Clyde wrote on X.
“He’s a partisan activist weaponizing our judicial system to stop President Trump’s funding freeze on woke and wasteful government spending. We must end this abusive overreach. Stay tuned,” he added.
This fiery announcement follows a resurfaced video of Judge McConnell, which was brought to light by Natalie Winters, co-host of Steve Bannon’s War Room.
In the video, McConnell brazenly claims that “racism is a white people problem” and pushes for sentencing considerations that cater to gender identity and race, essentially advocating for a biased judicial system.
McConnell: “When you’re sentencing someone, you have to take a moment and realize that this middle-class, white, male, privileged person needs to understand the human being that comes before us. That may be a woman, may be Black, may be transgender, may be poor, may be rich, may be whatever—may have experiences that are not yours. And you have to walk in their shoes and understand that the law applies to them where they are. And then you have to apply the law accordingly.”
McConnell has also compared President Trump’s administration to the darkest periods of American history, calling Trump a “tyrant” and suggesting his policies threaten the very fabric of American democracy.
