Since taking office on January 20, 2025, the Trump administration has been hit with 119 legal challenges to various executive orders signed by President Donald Trump.
Cases Against Immigration-Related Executive Orders
Dozens of cases have been filed against the Trump administration over executive orders signed by Trump regarding birthright citizenship for children of illegal immigrants, the ending of federal funding for sanctuary jurisdictions, the revocation of Temporary Protected Status for certain migrants, and transfers to Guantanamo for criminal illegal immigrants.
