BOOM! Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green SHREDS NPR and PBS CEOs Over Previous Statements Calling President Trump a “Deranged Racist Sociopath” and Promoting Censorship
House Oversight DOGE Subcommittee Chairwoman Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) eviscerated the CEO of National Public Radio (NPR) on Wednesday during a hearing and signaled potential prison time for possible violations of the Communications Act.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, Greene’s subcommittee is holding a hearing this morning with testimony by the NPR and Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) CEOs as the Committee seeks to potentially defund the far-left state propaganda stations.
Greene called out the far-left former Wikipedia CEO and current NPR CEO, Katherine Maher, for previous unhinged statements where she called President Trump a “deranged racist sociopath” and accused Americans of being “addicted to White supremacy” while defending far-left fact checkers.
“I remind you you’re under oath, and violations of the Communications Act come with a fine up to $10,000, possibly up to a year in prison,” Greene also said to PBS CEO Paula Kerger as she inquired into both organizations’ potential airing of commercials for for-profit entities.
