The Trump Administration is touting an overnight success that the rouge federal judiciary is trying with all its might to stop.
More dangerous illegals were deported last night in a joint operation that included cooperation from the El Salvadorian military.
Those transferred to the custody of the Central American nation included six child rapists, and all 17 were considered extremely dangerous with links to MS-13 and Tren de Aragua gangs.
But Judge Boasberg, who has waged warfare against President Trump’s immigration policy from his high seat on the U.S. district court in Washington DC, had expressly forbade President Trump from targeting those types of illegals for deportation.
Boasberg has placed injunctions on President Trump’s use of an 18-century law known as the “Alien Enemies Act” to deport the illegal criminals allowed in under the Biden regime.
So, President Trump didn’t use that law; he simply juked, stiff armed, and did an end-around… and used a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LAW.
And DEPORTED the violent criminals… ANYWAY.
The Trump Administration in effect legally DEFIED the Judge’s orders — and now they are celebrating the win openly on social media!
They aren’t even pretending not to gloat over the fact they outsmarted Judge Boasberg; they are plastering the win all over the place – as they should!
Self-described ‘Philosopher King’, President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador, shared this glitzy video, touting the cooperation between U.S. and El Salvadorian authorities in combating what he called ‘organized crime’:
Last night, in a joint military operation with our allies from the United States, we transferred 17 extremely dangerous criminals linked to Tren de Aragua and MS-13.
All individuals are confirmed murderers and high-profile offenders, including six child rapists.

And President Trump quickly repost Bukele’s video to his own X account, with the following message to President Bukele:
Thank you President Bukele, of El Salvador, for taking the criminals that were so stupidly allowed, by the Crooked Joe Biden Administration, to enter our Country, and giving them such a wonderful place to live!
U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio also weighed in on what he described as a ‘successful counter-terrorism operation’ earlier this morning, breaking the news.
It almost seems as if the Trump Administration wants Judge Boasberg to know they are committed to adhering to what is good for American in accordance with their Constitutional authority even if those rogue judges aren’t!
