Minnesota Shooting Suspect Vance Boelter CAPTURED

Vance Boelter — the suspect in the Minnesota shooting that took the lives of a state lawmaker and her husband — has finally been captured.
Reportedly, police used a drone to find him in the woods near Green Isle, Minnesota.
He ended up surrendering without much of a fight.
Here’s what we know:
At one point, Boelter tucked into a fetal position after a drone spotted him.
Not such a tough guy now, apparently.
This morning, Boelter was spotted wearing a cowboy hat and breaking out the window of a car in a residential area:
