President Trump, it’s time to call the Insurrection Act and send in the USMIL to secure the situation.
According to reports and video just released by Nick Sortor live on the scene in Minneapolis, the police have clearly given up and/or actively decided to not enforce law and order.
According to Sortor, police have been given orders to NOT RESPOND to 911 calls:
