Religious Leaders Sound Alarm After ‘Chilling’ Secret UFO Disclosure Meetings

Several Christian pastors and religious leaders are sounding the alarm after claiming they were secretly briefed by U.S. government intelligence insiders and former military personnel preparing for the Trump administration’s ongoing UFO disclosure rollout.
According to multiple pastors who attended closed-door meetings earlier this year, the coming release of UFO files may not simply involve extraterrestrials or advanced aircraft, but what they describe as a dangerous spiritual deception tied to biblical end-times prophecy.
The warnings come after the Trump administration released its first wave of previously classified UFO documents on May 8, including never-before-seen videos, photographs, witness reports, and records tied to unexplained aerial phenomena.
More disclosures are expected in the coming weeks.
Secret Meetings with Intelligence Insiders
Pastor Joseph Zupetz and evangelist Tony Merkel told the Daily Mail they were invited to a private gathering in the mountains of Tennessee in February alongside several other Christian influencers.
According to the two men, the event was organized by former military and intelligence-linked personnel involved in investigations into unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAPs) and alleged “non-human intelligence.”
Zupetz said the attendees were shown disturbing images allegedly depicting strange “translucent” entities.
“At the meeting, I was shown images from one of the presenters’ devices of entities that were translucent, standing in a wooded environment, with long arms and legs,” Zupetz said.
He added that the images “chilled me to the bone.”
The pastors said organizers repeatedly referenced the biblical “Great Deception,” a Christian prophecy that refers to a massive spiritual delusion in the final days before the return of Jesus Christ.
‘Interdimensional’ Beings and Fallen Angels
According to the pastors, the intelligence-linked presenters claimed many so-called UFO entities are not extraterrestrials at all, but “interdimensional beings” connected to demonic forces described in Scripture.
“The great lie in this is that these interdimensional entities — the actual UFOs and every kind of supposed alien — are not benevolent,” Zupetz warned.
“There’s a growing belief amongst Christians that these beings are interdimensional evil spirits, fallen angels or demons.”
Merkel said the organizers warned that upcoming disclosures would attempt to reshape humanity’s understanding of religion, creation, and reality itself.
“They stated that the government is being told a lie, the government believes the lie and will disclose it as reality,” Merkel said.
According to the pastors, the narrative being prepared for public release allegedly portrays mysterious entities as enlightened beings seeking to elevate humanity to a “higher consciousness.”
The pastors argued this directly mirrors biblical warnings about deception in the last days.
Trump Officials Have Raised Similar Concerns
The claims come as several Trump-aligned figures have increasingly described unexplained aerial phenomena in spiritual or supernatural terms.
Vice President JD Vance, Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-FL), and former Fox News host Tucker Carlson have all publicly connected UFO sightings to biblical themes and spiritual warfare.
Some observers have drawn comparisons between modern UFO imagery and ancient biblical descriptions of angelic beings such as cherubim.
One video included in the recent disclosure release appeared to show a glowing “eight-pointed star” object moving erratically across the sky.
Other newly released files reportedly documented unexplained phenomena observed during Apollo moon missions.
Advanced Human Technology Also Allegedly Involved
Despite growing focus on “non-human intelligence,” the pastors said the insiders hosting the meetings claimed most UFO sightings are actually tied to highly advanced human technology.
According to Zupetz, the presenters estimated that as much as 90 percent of UFO activity may involve secret terrestrial aircraft rather than extraterrestrial craft.
At the same time, they warned that the government itself may be unknowingly promoting false narratives surrounding the phenomenon.
“The lie being put forward, according to the hosts, is that as disclosure continues, humanity will be confronted with a narrative about beings coming to raise humanity to a higher consciousness,” Zupetz said.
Merkel added that Christians may ultimately be portrayed as obstacles standing in the way of humanity’s supposed “evolution.”
Book of Enoch and Forbidden Knowledge
The pastors also connected the phenomenon to the Book of Enoch, an ancient text describing fallen angels known as Watchers who allegedly gave forbidden knowledge to mankind before the Great Flood.
According to the Book of Enoch, the fallen angels taught humanity advanced technologies including weapon-making, sorcery, and astrology.
Merkel suggested modern technological breakthroughs, including advanced aerospace systems and unexplained craft, could represent a continuation of that same deception.
“I personally believe that what we’re dealing with when it comes to the UAP-UFO phenomenon is the advanced staging of the teaching man how to do things they were never meant to know how to do,” Merkel said.
“What unfolded in the book of Enoch was the beginning stages of what we might be experiencing today with very advanced technology.”
Pentagon Continues Downplaying Phenomena
Despite the explosive claims, the Pentagon’s All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) continues insisting most sightings stem from misidentifications, drones, balloons, sensor glitches, or video artifacts.
However, President Donald Trump recently suggested far more information would soon be released to the public.
Trump has said fighter pilots personally told him they witnessed objects moving in ways beyond known human capabilities.
Meanwhile, former intelligence officials and military insiders continue warning that the public has not been told the full story.
‘Urgent’ Timeline for Disclosure
According to Merkel, the organizers of the Tennessee meetings described the disclosure timeline as “urgent,” with some of the most dramatic revelations potentially arriving around July 8, the anniversary of the 1947 Roswell incident.
“There is going to be disclosure coming,” Merkel warned.
“There is going to be a narrative spun.”
“There’s going to be such great intel and information handed over, over time, they believe, that it could lead people astray.”
He added:
“We don’t know if this is the Great Deception, but if this is the Great Deception, then it’s going to be so strong that people who even are professing Christians and believe in Jesus could be led astray.”
