A New Jersey protester got a rude awakening during a heated anti-ICE demonstration in Newark after finding out the hard way that state police do not put up with violent agitators.
The leftist crowd descended on the Delaney Hall ICE detention facility Saturday night, where law enforcement was again forced to restore order.
Independent journalist Oliya Scootercaster was on the ground recording the chaos.
This was just the latest round of left-wing unrest at the facility, which has become a magnet for radicals trying to bully ICE officers and taxpayers alike.
Scootercaster’s footage captured everything from smoke grenades to tear gas and a particularly memorable moment for one protester who may not sit comfortably for quite some time.
The rowdy crowd, which has been occupying the area for days, was well-equipped and well-funded.
Another journalist, Nick Sortor, infiltrated their encampment and found abundant supplies, including costly tents, fresh food delivered hourly, and even riot gear stacked and ready for use.
No one believes that kind of operation pops up without serious backing.
