James Moore ‘impatient’ with provincial trade barriers Federal industry minister calls on provincial officials to be ‘ambitious’ in freeing up trade The provinces have been slow to clear barriers to trade that slow the economy, federal Industry Minister James Moore says, leaving him “impatient” with their level of ambition. On Wednesday, Moore released a report proposing reforms to the current Agreement on Internal Trade. He says there hasn’t been nearly enough done over the past 20 years to smooth over differences in rules and regulations that limit trade among Canadian provinces. “We shouldn’t have barriers that discriminate and deny us… View Article

YOU DO REALIZE THAT THE U.S. FUNDED AND TRAINED ISIS, RIGHT?

YOU DO REALIZE THAT THE U.S. FUNDED AND TRAINED ISIS, RIGHT? Just so we are all clear here. Now that ISIS, or the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, is becoming a threat so powerful Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel told reporters at the Pentagon that the terrorist group is “beyond anything we’ve seen,” it’s time to remind everyone of a few little factoids regarding how exactly that came to be. Hagel’s exact quote was: “They are beyond just a terrorist group. They marry ideology, a sophistication of … military prowess. They are tremendously well-funded. This is beyond anything we’ve seen.”… View Article

TSA Admits Lying About Illegal Aliens Flying Without Proper ID A new letter from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) admits that illegal aliens were being allowed to board planes using Notice to Appear forms they received after entering the U.S. illegally. The revelation directly contradicts a TSA statement last month denying such allegations to various media outlets, including Breitbart News. Canadian police forces bulking up with armoured vehicles

Canadian police forces bulking up with armoured vehicles Growing numbers of Canadian police agencies in recent years have added armoured vehicles to their crime-fighting arsenals — beasts on wheels that go by such names as Thunder 1, BearCat and Grizzly. Several are retired military combat vehicles that have been modified and donated by the Canadian Forces. Other police agencies have spent hundreds of thousands of dollars to purchase custom-built armoured trucks from private specialty builders. Scenes of heavily armed and armoured police clashing with protesters in Ferguson, Missouri, following the shooting of an unarmed black man, have sparked discussions on… View Article
