Illegal Aliens from Mexico Increasing Assaults on Border Patrol Agents The U.S. Border Patrol’s El Paso Sector was declared a “High Risk Enforcement Area (HREA)” due to an alarming increase in the number of assaults on our Border Patrol agents.
