ATF’s AR-15 Ammo Ban Halted in Big Win for California On March 10 the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) halted their proposed AR-15 ammo ban to reconsider the “framework” on which the ban rested.
