Bill and Hillary Clinton slapped with racketeering lawsuit Freedom Watch’s Larry Klayman filed a Racketeering lawsuit against Bill and Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation on Wednesday. The lawsuit was filed in Florida, which includes a request to have the Florida judge seize the personal server on which former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her staff hosted their emails while she served in the State Department.
