Shane Trejo Ray Forbess, a former Clay County assistant state attorney and circuit court employee with the Duval County state attorney’s office, once boasted on his website that he helped alleged pedophiles escape without justice. Forbess, who is now running for the position of Clay County Judge (Group 1) in Florida, made the boast while he was in private practice and looked to collect money from accused child molesters looking to beat their charges.
