Charges Dropped Against 72-Year-Old NJ Man With Flintlock Pistol On February 17, Breitbart News reported that 72-year-old Gordon Van Gilder was facing felony charges for having an unloaded flintlock pistol in his car. On Wednesday, The Daily Journal reported that charges against Van Gilder had been dropped.
