The frontman for the Eagles of Death Metal, the US rock band that was performing at the Bataclan Theater in Paris when 89 fans were killed in a mass shootout, suggests local security guards might have been involved in the terrorist attack. “When I first got to the venue and walked in, I walked past the dude who was supposed to be the security guard for the backstage. Puerto Rico Rejects Gay Marriage, SCOTUS Ruling ‘Doesn’t Apply Here’

by Thomas D. The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has its own Civil Code, which enshrines traditional man-woman marriage in the recognized definition of the institution. It states that marriage is “a civil institution, originating in a civil contract whereby a man and a woman mutually agree to become husband and wife and to discharge toward...

FBI Instructs High Schools to Inform On “Anti-government” Students

Constitutionalists figure prominently on the target list Kurt Nimmo A new FBI initiative based on Britain’s “anti-terror” mass surveillance program instructs high schools across America to inform on students who express “anti-government” and “anarchist” political beliefs. “High school students are ideal targets for recruitment by violent extremists seeking support for their radical ideologies, foreign fighter networks, or conducting acts of targeted violence within our borders. Ontario man’s ‘racist will’ should not have been rejected, appeals court rules

by Paola Loriggio An Ontario judge overstepped the law in rejecting a man’s decision to disinherit his daughter over allegations he did it because she had a child with a white man, the court of appeal ruled Tuesday. The desire to prevent discrimination does not allow the court to challenge the validity of an “absolute, unequivocal and unambiguous” will based on third-party allegations of racism, the three-judge panel said. “The law does not require a testator to explain, let alone to defend, her reasons for her testamentary dispositions. Indeed, in my view, the privacy of those reasons is inherent...

ESPN Punishes Legendary Coach Mike Ditka for Slamming Obama

Michael Cantrell ESPN seems to be getting less and less about sports, and more about nutty progressive politics. First they slam Curt Schilling for speaking out about the horrors of radical Islam, and now they’re punishing legendary NFL coach Mike Ditka for criticizing Obama and supporting Donald Trump. Shameful. From Breitbart: Less than a week after calling President Barack Obama “the worst president we’ve ever had,” Mike Ditka lost his job on ESPN’s marquee Sunday football program. The Big Lead reports that the cable network hired Matt Hasselbeck to replace Ditka on Sunday NFL Countdown. Hasselbeck performed well in...
