Democrat Guesteva Rivera wants Illegals to Vote               It seems the word “illegal” doesn’t mean much to one Democrat lawmaker in New York. State Senator Guesteva Rivera recently proposed a bill that would give a long list of benefits to illegal aliens– including the ability to vote in state and local elections. “With failure at the national level on comprehensive immigration reform, the question we have asked is what can states do?” he asked.
