England City Council: In Lieu of Guns Use Shrubs for Self-Defense
by AWR Hawkins In lieu of firearms–which are heavily regulated where not wholly banned–the Colchester Borough Council in Essex, England, is advising residents to use shrubs for self-defense. The council suggests planting the shrubs in a “defensive” manner will help unarmed residents deter crime.
