Gabby Giffords’ Gun Control Group We’ll Be Back In 2016 After spending $10.6 million in the Nov. 4 elections and “barely [winning] half its contests,” Gabby Giffords’ gun control group—Americans For Responsible Solutions (ARS)—says it will be back in 2016. But Politico describes this as “a steep task,” and that may be putting it mildly. Think about it—ARS endorsed 18 total candidates in House, Senatorial, and gubernatorial races.
