Moore warned that if the vote is overturned in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania the country will be looking at a civil war. Steve Moore: Well, I guess I’d start by saying denial isn’t just a river in Egypt. Democrats are still in a state of denial about the election… For the most part Donald Trump won in an electoral landslide. I will say this, if the Democrats challenge...

Why Trump Should Not be ‘Too Coy’ to Openly Ask: Does US Really Need NATO?

As President-Elect Trump begins to form his governing team and to rethink America’s role on the international scene, US conservative daily online magazine American Thinker suggests a revolutionary change in the country’s politics: the elected leader should put the interests of the nation he governs first and withdraw from NATO. And here is why. “Trump has taken some hits for suggesting that our contribution to NATO has been disproportionately large. I will suggest what many of us may think but Trump may be too coy to openly state: America does not need NATO,” Bruce Walker writes in his article...

This common herbicide used in the US was banned by the EU – linked to cancer, birth defects and more

by: Vicki Batts While glyphosate has been the primary target of global concern, there are still plenty of other harmful herbicides and pesticides on the market to be worried about. Atrazine, for example, is the second most popular herbicide in the United States, and it’s so toxic that it has been banned in Europe. Over a decade ago, the European Union chose to ban atrazine. Naturally, lobbying efforts have ensured that the US did not follow in their footsteps. Instead, atrazine has become a normal facet of American society. It’s used on sugarcane, corn, pineapples, sorghum and macadamia nuts....

China again sends fighter jets, bombers through sensitive strait south of Okinawa

Japan’s Air Self-Defense Force scrambled aircraft in response to a flight by Chinese fighters and bombers through a key entryway into the Pacific Ocean between Okinawa and Miyako Island, the Defense Ministry said. Two Chinese fighters and bombers, as well as two other surveillance planes, flew through the Miyako Strait on Friday. The flight, which did not infringe on Japanese territorial airspace, was legal but went through a politically sensitive area. It was the second such flight since September, when Beijing dispatched at least eight fighters and bombers through the area — apparently to send a message to Tokyo....

Group Gives Up Black Friday Shopping To Thank Police Officers

While many of us were out finding bargains on Black Friday, residents in Clayton, Missouri, braved the cold to stand in front of the police station. Were they protesting? Decrying police violence? Blocking traffic? Nope. The group was out in the cold simply to thank Clayton police for the brave work they do, often thanklessly, and too often at peril to their own lives, as reported by Fox News. The family of recently slain county police officer Blake Snyder gathered with other community members to hold a special fundraiser for the brave men and women in blue who risk...
