Home Invader Shot and Killed After Pregnant Woman Takes Away Gun On December 29, an Indianapolis home invader was shot and killed after a pregnant woman took away his gun. According to ABC 6, the home invasion took place around 10 p.m. “on the 3100 block of East 10th Street.” The suspect forced his way into an apartment occupied by a man and his pregnant fiance.
