Concealed Permit Holder Shoots, Kills Alleged Carjacker to Save Woman On Saturday, an unnamed concealed carry permit holder witnessed an alleged carjacking and shot and killed the suspect to the save a woman whom the suspect had pulled from the car. The incident took place in the parking lot of a Macey’s grocery store in Orem, Utah.
